Warning Light (WL) Signal Check

  1. Ensure ABS control module and ABS fail-safe relay are disconnected. Turn ignition on. Using jumper wire, connect Pink wire at ABS control module connector to ground. Using jumper wire, connect Pink wire at ABS fail-safe relay connector to ground.
  2. If ABS warning light does not illuminate, check bulb and fuse. Replace as necessary. If light illuminates when both wires are grounded, replace ABS control module. If light illuminates only when ABS control module is grounded, service Blue/Yellow wire to ABS fail-safe relay. If light illuminates only when ABS fail-safe is grounded, service Pink wire to ABS control module.
