ABS Warning Light Indication

Turn ignition on without starting engine. Observe ABS warning light. If light is illuminated, go to QUICK TEST QT-4 . If light is not illuminated, check 15-amp ABS warning light fuse and bulb. If fuse and bulb are okay, go to PINPOINT TESTS WL-1 through WL-3 . If light is flashing, Check connections at test connector. then go to QUICK TEST QT-4 .

NOTE: Some ABS faults require that vehicle be driven in order for warning light to come on. Other faults will cause light to come on each time engine is started.
