Fuel Injectors: Removal
- Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE under FUEL SYSTEM. Remove upper intake manifold and throttle body assembly. See UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD & THROTTLE BODY under FUEL SYSTEM.
- Remove fuel supply manifold. See FUEL SUPPLY MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY under FUEL SYSTEM. Disconnect wiring harness from injector(s). Remove injector retaining clips(s). Remove injectors from fuel supply manifold, using a rocking/pulling motion.
