Symptom Checks

Perform the following:

Ensure A/C system (demand switch) is on. Check voltage at A/C clutch. Wait at least 10 seconds for normal on/off cycling.
If voltage to A/C clutch does not exist, go to CIRCUIT TEST KM in TESTS W/CODES - EEC-IV article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE section.
If voltage to A/C clutch exists, connect A/C manifold gauge set, and perform A/C system functional test.
