S1 - IAC Check

- Attempt to start engine at part throttle.

- Will engine start and run smooth at part throttle?

Yes -- Go to pinpoint test step KE4. KE4 - Measure IAC Solenoid Resistance

No -- Go to S8. S8 - Check EGR Vacuum
