Headlights On Continuously
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect headlight relay. Measure resistance between terminal No. 4 and terminals No. 2 and No. 1. See Figure . Resistance should be greater than 10,000 ohms. If relay resistance is okay, go to next step. If resistances are not correct, replace headlight relay.
- Disconnect 6-pin and 14-pin connectors at combination switch. Measure resistance between terminals with the switch in the listed positions. See COMBINATION SWITCH RESISTANCE table under HEADLIGHTS INOPERATIVE test. Go to next step.
- If resistance readings in steps 2) and 3) are okay, repair White/Red wire between relay and switch. If any resistance reading is not to specification, replace combination switch.
