No Ignition Power
- Check for binding ignition switch, damaged steering lock release, damaged shift selector cable, blown fuse, damaged or shorted wires or damaged ignition switch. Repair or replace as necessary. If all are okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect 6-pin connector at interior fuse panel. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Measure voltage at Black/Orange or Black/Pink wire at connector. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace fuse junction panel. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair Black/Orange or Black/Pink wire.
- Check continuity of ignition switch. If continuity does not exist at terminals as shown in IGNITION SWITCH CONTINUITY table, replace ignition switch. See Fig 1
.
