Cruise Control Module: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Speed Control Amplifier controls the speed control operation by applying vacuum to the speed control servo motor through the modulating valve.

The speed control module receives the vehicle speed sensor signals to calculate the proper amount of vacuum to apply to the servo and to maintain the vehicle set speed.
