CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Without removing the ignition wires from the spark plugs, distributor cap, or ignition coil, wipe the ignition wires with a clean, damp cloth. Inspect them for visible damage such as cuts, pinches, cracks, or torn boots. Replace only ignition wires that are damaged.
