Removal & Installation (Models With Traction Control System)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect control unit connector. Remove plastic cover from control unit. Note accelerator cable locations, and disconnect cables from control unit.
  2. Remove control unit retaining nuts. Remove control unit from vehicle. To install, reverse remove procedure. Tighten throttle control unit nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
