Driver Door Module

The Driver Door Module (DDM) is located in the driver door behind the trim panel. The DDM provides diagnostic services from the module communications network on the Light Blue/White wire. A failure on the Light Blue/White wire may cause the New Generation Star (NGS) tester to indicate a communications error. In the event the NGS Tester fails to communicate to the DDM, diagnose by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
