Integrated Control Relay Module: Service and Repair

Removal and Installation
1. Remove radiator upper sight shield.

2. Disconnect headlamp dash panel junction wire from Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).

3. Remove radiator coolant recovery reservoir.

4. Remove CCRM bracket retainers and bracket from radiator support.

5. Remove CCRM screws and engine control sensor wiring from bracket.

6. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten CCRM screws securely. Tighten CCRM bracket retainer bolts to 8-10 Nm (71-89 lb.in.). Tighten radiator coolant recovery reservoir retaining bolt to 5-6 Nm (44-53 lb.in.)
