Transmission Range (Tr) Switch Test

Disconnect Transmission Range (TR) switch. Test for continuity between Dark Green wire and Black/Red wire. See appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM in WIRING DIAGRAMS  section. On all models, with gear selector lever in Park or Neutral, continuity should exist. In any other gear position, continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
