REMOVAL and INSTALLATION

1. Remove ignition wires from spark plugs.
2. Loosen spark plugs a 1/4 turn and, using compressed air, remove any dirt or foreign material from spark plug areas of cylinder head.
3. Remove spark plugs.





NOTE: Refer to the Spark Plug Inspection Chart to determine the condition of the spark plugs.

4. Check and adjust spark plug gap.
5. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten spark plugs to 9-20 Nm (7-14 lb ft).
