Description

Diagnostic trouble codes are:
- P0707: TR circuit below minimum voltage.
- P0708: TR circuit above maximum voltage.
- P1705: TR not in PARK.

Note:
This pinpoint test is designed to diagnose the Transmission Range (TR) sensor electrical system ONLY.
To prevent replacement of good components, note that the following areas may be of concern:
- Engine-starter motor, starter relay.
- Electrical-battery, ignition switch, wiring harnesses.
- Transaxle-internal transaxle components, linkages.

This pinpoint test is designed to diagnose the following components:
- Transaxle wiring harness, transmission range sensor, signal return.
- Powertrain control module.
