  3. Disconnect RAP module connectors C1 and C2. See CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Measure voltage between ground and RAP module connector C1, terminal No. 25 (Blue/Black wire). See Figure . Measure voltage between ground and RAP module connector C2, ter minal No. 12 (Blue/Red wire). See Figure . If both voltages are greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltages are less than 10 volts, repair wire in question. See WIRING DIAGRAM  .
  4. Measure resistance between ground and RAP module connector C2, terminal No. 14 (Black wire). See Figure . Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, reconnect RAP connectors and go to next step. If resistance is not less than 5 ohms, repair Black wire between RAP module connector and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAM  .
  5. Measure battery voltage of both transmitter batteries. If voltage at both batteries is greater than 2.8 volts, reassemble transmitter and go to next step. If voltage at both batteries is not greater than 2.8 volts, replace transmitter batteries.
