Valve Clearance

NOTE: Valve cover(s) must be removed before performing valve adjustment. See 2.5L article in the ENGINES section for removal and installation procedures.

Hydraulic valve tappets are used. Valve clearance adjustment is not required. Ensure hydraulic valve tappets and camshaft are in good condition and all components are tight.
