Pretest Checks

Ensure master cylinder reservoir is full and parking brake is fully released. Ensure tires are properly inflated and tires or wheels are not mismatched. Check fuse No. 13 (40-amp) and 18 (30-amp), located in power distribution box. Power distribution box is located in engine compartment near battery. Check fuse No. 9 (10-amp), 12 (5-amp) and 28 (15-amp), located in fuse junction box. Fuse junction box is located below and to left of steering wheel. Check following connectors for good contact:

• ECU 28-pin connector.
• Master cylinder reservoir connector.
• Each wheel speed sensor connector.
• Stoplight switch connector.
• ABS ground connection.
