Before performing individual component tests or diagnostic tests, check the following for possible cause of system malfunction and repair as necessary:

• Blown fuses or faulty circuit breaker.
• Loose or corroded connectors.
• Damaged wiring.
• Damaged motors.
• Damaged mirror assemblies.
• Faulty switches.
