Preliminary Checks

Verify customer concern by operating windows to duplicate condition. Ensure battery is fully charged. Ensure windows are properly aligned. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

• Blown fuse or faulty circuit breaker.
• Loose or corroded connectors.
• Open or shorted power supply.
• Poor ground connections.
• Damaged window control switch.
• Damaged window motor.
