One-Touch Down Feature Inoperative

Verify customer concern by operating window to duplicate condition. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

• Malfunctioning switch. See appropriate switch test under COMPONENT TESTING  .
• Open or shorted circuit. Check circuits between master switch and single switch.
• Power or ground circuits open or shorted.
• Faulty Generic Electronic Module (GEM).
