Trouble Shooting

Check battery for state of charge.
Check cable connections at battery and starter motor.
Ensure transmission is fully engaged in Park or Neutral.
Ensure Mega-fuse (175-amp) in engine compartment fuse panel is okay.
Check fuse No. 3 (40-amp) in engine compartment fuse/relay box.
Check fuse No. 7 (10-amp) in instrument panel fuse panel.
On models equipped with anti-theft system, ensure anti-theft system is operating properly (horn honks, lights flash, etc.) See appropriate ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT for additional information.
