Retrieving Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Following manufacturer's instructions, retrieve codes from desired module. See appropriate table under DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS  for a listing of diagnostic trouble codes and appropriate test procedures.
