Test D: Cruise Control Switch Does Not Operate

Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Disconnect speed control servo harness connector C157. Measure resistance between terminals No. 5 (Light Blue/Black wire) and No. 6 (Dark Green/Orange wire) at speed control servo harness connector C157 while pressing appropriate speed control switch assembly switch and rotating steering wheel from lock to lock. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCH RESISTANCE VALUES table. See Figure. If all resistance values are as specified throughout entire rotation, replace speed control servo. See SPEED CONTROL SERVO under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If any resistance value is not as specified, replace speed control switch. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
