Anti-Lock Control

The anti-lock control system consists of the following components:
- hydraulic control unit (HCU)
- HCU bracket
- anti-lock brake control module
- rear wheel speed sensor (located in the center top position on the rear axle assembly)
- rear anti-lock brake sensor indicator (part of the rear differential)
- front wheel speed sensor
- front anti-lock brake sensor indicator (part of the front rotor in 2WD vehicles)
- front anti-lock brake sensor indicator (part of the front wheel bearing assembly in 4WD vehicles)
- yellow ABS warning indicator
- brake pedal position (BPP) switch
- red brake warning indicator
- brake fluid level switch
