The speed control is inoperative - unable to enter self-test	Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 18 (10A). SJB. Circuitry. Speed control actuator.	Go To PINPOINT TEST B: THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE - UNABLE TO ENTER SELF-TEST .
The speed control is inoperative - no DTCs	Smart junction box (SJB) fuse 18 (10A). SJB. Clockspring. Circuitry. Speed control actuator. Speed control deactivator switch. Speed control switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST C: THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE- NO DTCS .
The set speed fluctuates	Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module. Throttle lever. Speed control actuator. Speed control cable.	Go To PINPOINT TEST D: THE SET SPEED FLUCTUATES .
The speed control does not disengage when the brakes are applied	Circuitry. Speed control actuator. Speed control deactivator switch. Stoplamp switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST E: THE SPEED CONTROL DOES NOT DISENGAGE WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED .
The speed control switch is inoperative	Clockspring. Circuitry. Speed control actuator. Speed control switch.	Go To PINPOINT TEST F: THE SPEED CONTROL SWITCH IS INOPERATIVE .
The speed control indicator lamp is always on Instrument cluster.	Speed control actuator.	Go To PINPOINT TEST G: THE SPEED CONTROL INDICATOR LAMP IS ALWAYS ON .
The speed control indicator lamp is inoperative	Speed control actuator. Instrument cluster. Circuitry.	Refer to INFORMATION, GAUGES & WARNING DEVICES .
