Trouble Shooting

Verify customer concern by operating windows to duplicate condition. Visually inspect components. Check for the following: proper window alignment, window mounting (regulator and bracket), window frame interference, blown fuse(s), damaged wiring harness, loose or corroded connections, damaged switches and damaged window motor. If inspection reveals an obvious concern which can be easily serviced, repair as necessary. If inspection does not reveal an obvious concern which can be easily serviced, perform self-diagnostics.
