1. NOTE: The final tightening of the suspension must be carried out at the design height setting.

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Fabricate a 20 mm wide by 113 mm long spacer.





3. Using a suitable coil spring compressor, compress the suspension until the rear lower arm contacts the spacer.
1. Position the spacer.
2. Compress the spring.
3. Raise the rear lower arm.





4. NOTE: The spacer must be positioned exactly as illustrated.

Install the spacer.
1. Remove the bump stop.
2. Install the spacer.
- Install the spacer between the rear lower arm, and the crossmember making sure the spacer is in a vertical plane.

5. Fabricate a 20mm wide by 157mm long spacer.





6. Using a suitable coil spring compressor, compress the suspension until the rear lower arm contacts the spacer.
1. Position the spacer.
2. Compress the spring.
3. Raise the rear lower arm.





7. NOTE: The spacer must be positioned exactly as illustrated.

Install the spacer.
- Install the spacer between the rear lower arm and the customer making sure the spacer is in a vertical plane.
