Rear Power Window Motor: Installation

  1. Install window regulator and window motor assembly and secure with 3 screws. Tighten window regulator-to-window glass retaining bolts to 71 INCH lbs. (8 N.m). Connect window control switch and window motor harness connectors. Release window glass from UP position. Align regulator clamp with access hole. Push in sleeve, then pin, while pushing down on window glass firmly to engage pin into regulator clamp.
  2. Disconnect window control switch harness connector. Attach watershield and door latch release handle. Connect door speaker wire connector and secure door speaker with 4 screws (if equipped). Install side impact bolster. Install door trim panel and trim shield.
