Test 1: No Communication With Anti-Lock Control Module (ABCM)
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect ABCM connector (C385). Turn ignition on. Using a DVOM, measure voltage between ABCM connector terminal No. 20 (Green/Yellow wire) and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If voltage is greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open in Green/Yellow wire.
- Turn ignition off. Measure resistance between ABCM connector terminal No. 8 (Black/Yellow wire) and ground. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, see appropriate BODY CONTROL MODULES article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, repair open in Black/Yellow wire.
