Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Remove appropriate door trim panel. Disconnect malfunctioning outside mirror harness connector. Inspect wiring. Measure voltage or resistance between ground and inoperative mirror harness connector terminals while operating mirror control switch to appropriate position as specified.
