Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU): Removal

Disconnect battery cables. Remove battery and battery tray. Disconnect wiring connectors. Remove HCU inlet and outlet tubes. Plug all openings. Remove pump motor ground wire. Remove 3 HCU nuts securing HCU assembly to ECU. Carefully separate HCU from ECU. See Figure .
