Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
2. Partially drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.







3. Remove the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Remove the ECT sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
