Trouble Shooting

  1. Verify customer concern. Check Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuses No. 106 (30-amp), No. 113 (30-amp), No. 116 (30-amp), fuse No. 23 (15-amp) and fuse No. 2 (5-amp). Check Fuse Junction Box (FJB) fuses No. 10 (10-amp), No. 14 (10-amp), No. 18 (10-amp), No. 9 (5-amp) and No. 16 (5-amp).
  2. Check Front Electronic Module (FEM), Rear Electronic Module (REM) and instrument cluster for damage. Check window regulator control switch, electric drive and flip quarter window motor for damage. Check heated rear window relay, switch and window grid for damage. Check for damaged wiring harness, bulbs and/or loose, corroded connections.
  3. Check power window regulator or switch, window run weatherstrip, door window or flip quarter window glass for damage. If problem exists, repair as necessary. If no problem exists, perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .
