Load Test

Verify battery condition. Charge or replace as necessary. Connect load tester and ammeter according to tool manufacturer's instructions. With engine running at 2000 RPM and all accessories off, load system until amperage output peaks. Generator should produce at least 89 amps at 2000 RPM. Replace generator if output is not as specified. See GENERATOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
