Lock Cylinder: Installation

Position lock cylinder and bracket, and loosely install new break-away bolts. Tighten bolts only enough to hold lock cylinder in place. With key in ignition, verify operation of lock cylinder. Reposition lock cylinder, as necessary. If lock cylinder functions, tighten lock cylinder bracket break-away bolts until head break off. To complete installation, reverse remainder of removal procedure. Ensure shift interlock system functions properly.
