Test H: Off Switch Is Inoperative

Turn ignition off. Disconnect speed control servo/actuator connector C177. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between speed control servo/actuator connector C177 terminals No. 5 (Red/Yellow wire) and No. 6 (Red/Blue wire). See Figure . Press speed control OFF switch. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace speed control servo/actuator. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, replace speed control switches and retest system operation.
