Pinpoint Test A: No Communication With The Abs Module

A1 CHECK CIRCUIT 15-CF6A (GN/YE) FOR AN OPEN

Disconnect: ABS Module C135.
Key in ON position.
Measure the voltage between the ABS module C135 pin 4, circuit 15-CF6A (GN/YE), harness side and ground.

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes

Go to A2.

REPAIR circuit 15-CF6A (GN/YE) or 15-CF6 (GN/YE) as necessary. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.

A2 CHECK CIRCUIT 91-CF6 (BK/YE) FOR AN OPEN

Key in OFF position.
Measure the resistance between the ABS module C135 pin 16, circuit 91-CF6 (BK/YE), harness side and ground.

Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes

INSTALL a new ABS module. REFER to HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT (HCU) . REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.

REPAIR circuit 91-CF6 (BK/YE) or 91-CF1 (BK/BU) as necessary. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.
