CIRCUIT DESIGNATION/DESCRIPTION

Pin Number(s) Circuit Designation/Description Normal Condition/Measurement
1 534 (YE/LG) hydraulic control unit (HCU) pump power B+ voltage at all times.
3 1572 (DG) steering wheel rotation sensor angle 1 0 volts. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the steering wheel rotation sensor.
4 601 (LB/PK) ignition power Greater than 10 volts with the ignition switch on.
5 1577 (RD/LB) steering wheel rotation sensor ground 0 volts. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the steering wheel rotation sensor.
6 1573 (YE) steering wheel rotation sensor angle 2 0 volts. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the steering wheel rotation sensor.
7 1576 (TN/BK) steering wheel rotation sensor/accelerometer/yaw rate sensor power 0 volts. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the steering wheel rotation sensor.
13 960 (BK/LB) stability assist OFF indicator Greater than 10 volts with the ignition switch on. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the stability assist switch.
16 274 (BK/WH) ABS module ground 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
17 1582 (LG/RD) active brake booster power 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the active brake booster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
18 3601 (WH/RD) brake pressure transducer power 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the brake pressure transducer. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
19 3603 (RD) brake pressure transducer ground 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the brake pressure transducer. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
20 3600 (RD/WH) brake pressure transducer signal 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the brake pressure transducer. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
24 3011 (BK/OG) brake pedal travel sensor ground 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the brake pedal travel sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
25 1879 (PK/BK) sensor cluster CAN Bus (-) 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the sensor cluster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
26 3010 (TN) brake pedal travel sensor power 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the brake pedal travel sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
27 1581 (PK/LB) brake pedal force switch normally open (NO) 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the active brake booster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
28 1579 (OG/RD) brake pedal force switch signal 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the active brake booster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
29 1878 (WH/BK) sensor cluster CAN Bus (+) 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the sensor cluster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
30 1580 (WH/LG) brake pedal force switch normally closed (NC) 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the active brake booster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
31 1583 (BN/WH) active brake booster power 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the active brake booster. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
32 493 (BK/PK) HCU valve power Greater than 10 volts with the ignition switch in any position.
33 514 (YE/RD) RF active wheel speed sensor power
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
34 516 (YE/BK) RF active wheel speed sensor ground
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
36 518 (LG/RD) LH rear (or axle) active wheel speed sensor power
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
37 519 (LG/BK) LH rear (or axle) active wheel speed sensor ground
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
38 959 (GY) stability assist switch input 0 volts, greater than 10 volts with stability assist switch pressed. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the stability assist switch.
40 (ABS only) 307 (BK/YE) brake pressure switch signal Greater than 10 volts with the brake pedal released and the ignition switch on. 0 volts when the brake pedal is pressed. Less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the speed control deactivator switch.
40 (ABS with stability assist) 3012 (WH) brake pedal travel sensor signal 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the Brake pedal travel sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
41 511 (LG) stoplamp switch input 0 volts with the brake pedal released, greater than 10 volts with the brake pedal pressed.
42 524 (PK/BK) RH rear active wheel speed sensor ground
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
43 523 (RD/PK) RH rear active wheel speed sensor power
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
44 810 (RD/LG) driver brake apply signal (to trailer tow relay) 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the PCM.
45 522 (TN/BK) RH rear active wheel speed sensor ground
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
46 521 (TN/OG) LH front active wheel speed sensor power
CAUTION: No measurements should be taken with the wheel speed sensor connected. Damage to the wheel speed sensor will result.
0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and the wheel speed sensor. Greater than 10,000 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
47 530 (LG/YE) ABS module ground 0 volts, less than 5 ohms between the ABS module and ground.
