Memory Switch

Remove memory switch and disconnect harness connector. Measure resistance between appropriate memory switch terminals with switch in specified position. See MEMORY SWITCH RESISTANCE table. See Figure . If resistance is not as specified, replace memory switch. See MEMORY CONTROL SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.

⁽¹⁾	Terminals No. 8 and 9 are for the switch LED, which has a diode. Resistance between terminals No. 8 and 9 should be infinite. When ohmmeter leads are reversed, resistance should be low resistance.
