Master Power Window Switch

  1. Remove master power window switch. See POWER WINDOW SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With all switches in NEUTRAL position and lock-out switch in OFF position, continuity should exist between terminals No. 19 and 20. See Fig 1. Continuity should also exist between terminal No. 13 and all other terminals except terminal No. 19. If continuity is as specified, go to next step. If continuity is not as specified, replace master power window switch.
  2. Check continuity between specified switch terminals with switch in appropriate position. See MASTER POWER WINDOW SWITCH TEST  table. If continuity is not as specified, replace master power window switch.

Down 8 & 13; 10 & 19
Up 8 & 19; 10 & 13

Down 13 & 17; 15 & 19

Down 9 & 13; 11 & 19
Up 9 & 19; 11 & 13
Right Rear Window
Down 13 & 18; 16 & 19
