Crankshaft damper bolt.
Stage 1 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 additional 90°





Camshaft bearing cap bolts.
Stage 1 one turn at a time until tight.
Stage 2 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.)
Stage 3 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)






NOTE: The cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield and must not be reused. New cylinder head bolts must be installed.

Cylinder head bolts.
Stage 1 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
Stage 2 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)
Stage 3 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.)
Stage 4 Turn the bolts 90°
Stage 5 Turn the bolts an additional 90°





Flywheel or Flexplate bolts.
Stage 1 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 80 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)
Stage 3 112 Nm (83 ft. lbs.)

Intake manifold bolts 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.)

Exhaust manifold-to-cylinder head nuts 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.)





Oil Pan Bolts





Crankshaft Oil Seal Retainer 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
