Power Circuits

Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ground and PCM connector terminals No. 66, 71 and 97 (Black/White wires). If battery voltage is not present, power is not being supplied from PCM power relay. See TEST B: PCM RELAY under SYSTEM TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - VILLAGER article.
