Removal & Installation: Transaxle: Notes
WARNING:
Brake fluid contains polyglycol ethers and polyglycols. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. If brake fluid contacts eyes, flush eyes with running water for 15 minutes, get medical attention if irritation persists. If taken internally, drink water and induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
CAUTION:
Brake fluid is harmful to painted and plastic surfaces. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted surface, wash it with water immediately.
CAUTION:
When repairing the starter motor or performing other underhood work in the vicinity of the starter motor, be aware that the heavy gauge battery input lead at the starter solenoid is electrically hot at all times. Failure to follow these instructions could result in personal injury.
NOTE:
A protective cap is installed over the "B" terminal and must be replaced after servicing the starter motor and solenoid assembly.
