Trouble Shooting
NOTE:
For trouble shooting procedures, see POWERTRAIN
in BASIC TROUBLE SHOOTING article in GENERAL INFORMATION.
NOTE:
The vehicle should be road tested, if possible, to verify the customer concern. Some clutch conditions may be attributed to a misadjusted clutch pedal height, linkage, or shift mechanism. These should be checked and corrected prior to attempting major disassembly procedures. Check that the transaxle is filled to the correct level with the specified lubricant. If the concern is not identified, diagnose by symptom. See SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS
.
