Electronic Compass: Notes

The compass display and module are contained in the overhead console and are replaced as an assembly. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE . The compass display can be turned off and on by pressing the MODE button in the overhead console. The vehicle heading is displayed as one of N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, or NW.
