Steering Gear: Installation
- Using the special tool, install new seals on the power steering lines.

- Install the steering gear through the LH wheel well.
- Install the nuts.

- Install the bracket and screw.

- Connect the power steering lines.

- Position the heat shield. Install a new tie strap.
- Connect the intermediate steering shaft. Install a new pinch bolt and the dash weather seal.

- Position the stabilizer bar and install the four bolts.

- Raise the front subframe to the body.
- Attach the stabilizer bar links to the struts and install the nuts.

- Install two new bolts.

- Connect the flex pipe and install the two bolts.

- Remove the special tool.

- Connect the two heated oxygen sensor electrical connectors.

- Remove the jack stands.

- Connect the tie-rod ends. Install the castellated nuts and new cotter pins.

- Purge the power steering system and check for leaks. For additional information, refer to STEERING SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION

- Install the front wheel and tire assemblies. For additional information, refer to WHEELS & TIRES
