Seat-Front, Seat Back: Disassembly

NOTE: Coupe seat shown, Sedan, Wagon similar.
  1. Disassemble the front seat; refer to SEAT-FRONT .
  2. Remove the front seat back head restraint.
    1. Press the button.
    2. Remove the front seat back head restraint.

  3. Remove the rear seat access lever trim.
    1. Remove the knob.
    2. Remove the screw.
    3. Remove the rear seat access lever trim.

  4. Unhook the retainer.

  5. Invert the front seat back trim up to the hog rings.

  6. Remove the hog rings from the front side of the front seat back.

  7. Remove the hog rings from the back side of the front seat back.

  8. Invert the front seat back trim completely.

  9. Remove the front seat back head restraint sleeves.
    1. Position the front seat back cushion aside.
    2. Squeeze the tabs.
    3. Remove the front seat back head restraint sleeves.
  10. Remove the front seat back head restraint sleeves from the front seat back trim.
  11. Remove the seat back pad from the seat back frame.

  12. Remove the rear seat access lever trim support bracket.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the rear seat access lever trim support bracket.

  13. Remove the front seat back latch.
    1. Remove the bolts.
    2. Remove the front seat back latch.
