Intake Manifold: Material

Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, Refer to BATTERY AND CHARGING SYSTEM .
Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

CAUTION: The coolant drain procedure must be followed exactly or damage to the engine can occur.

Drain the engine cooling system. For additional information, Refer to ENGINE COOLING .
Remove the cowl vent screen. For additional information, Refer to BODY SYSTEM - INTERIOR .
Remove the engine compartment brace.

Disconnect the fuel line. For additional information, Refer to FUEL SYSTEM .
Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module. For additional information, Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE .

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
