Operational Test OTE - Throttle Pressure Test: Notes
- Connect Pressure Gauge to the throttle pressure inspection port on the automatic transaxle.
- Connect the 88 Digital Multimeter as a tachometer.
- Turn key ON, engine running (KOER).
- Engage the parking brake.
- Depress the brake pedal and shift the gearshift lever into (D).
- With the brake firmly applied, steadily increase the engine rpm and quickly read the throttle pressure. Throttle pressure should be between 50-110 kPa (7.2-17 psi) (idle); 410-510kPa (59-75 psi) (stall speed). Refer to the THROTTLE PRESSURE EVALUATION CHART .
